To register to vote by mail you must print the voter registration form, fill it and mail it!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Completed forms can be submitted to your county clerk by:

  • hand delivery

After your application is processed and accepted you will receive a voter registration card to the address provided.

Oregon does not have polling places, instead every voters receive a ballot to complete and drop off at an official drop box​.

You may submit the completed application any time before the deadlines to your county clerk via:

  • an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine;
  • an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine; or
  • a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.

The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.
You can also use the FVAP's online assistant to electronically fill out the form to then print and mail.
      *note: you need a printer to use this service.
