How do I submit my form?
You may submit your form via mail or in person to your county clerk.

*note: If you missed the voter registration deadline you may register to vote at an early voting location!
You may vote in person early at your county clerk office from Oct. 23-Nov. 3.

  • an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine;
  • an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine; or
  • a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.
HOW DO I REGISTER & VOTE?
 
The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.
 
You can also use the FVAP's online assistant to electronically fill out the form to then print and mail.
      *note: you need a printer to use this service.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FORM?
After completing and signing you may submit your FPCA to your county clerk by:
  • mail
  • email 
  • fax ​
If you missed the deadlines you may use an emergency write in ballot that will be counted if you are an eligible voter!
