To register to vote by mail you must print the voter registration form, fill it and mail it!

  • driver license or I.D.  card number
  • social security number

Completed forms can be mailed, fax or emailed to your county clerk.

After your application is processed and accepted you will receive a voter registration card to the address provided.

Simply fill out the vote by mail application and mail it to your county clerk.
No printer?
Contact your county clerk to request a vote by mail ballot be mailed to you!

EARLY VOTING
You may vote early at your county's early voting location beginning Oct. 15.

  • an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine;
  • an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine; or
  • a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.

The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.
You can also use the FVAP's online assistant to electronically fill out the form to then print and mail.
      *note: you need a printer to use this service.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FORM?
After completing and signing you may submit your FPCA to your county clerk by:
  • mail
  • email 
  • fax. ​
DEADLINES:
BALLOT REQUEST: Received by Nov. 6 
BALLOT RETURN: Received by Nov. 9
If you missed the deadlines but are otherwise eligible to vote you may use the emergency write in ballot!
