Completed forms must be mailed to your county clerk.

After your application is processed and accepted you will receive a voter registration card to the address provided.

To receive a vote by mail ballot you must contact your county clerk  via email, fax, at their office, or through their website:
When requesting you need to provide the following information:​​​​
  • The name of the voter for whom the ballot is being requested;
  • The voter’s address;
  • The voter’s date of birth; and
  • The voter’s signature (if the request is written).

Early voting in Florida is done at an early voting location.

military/overseas
who is eligible?
  • an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine;
  • an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine; or
  • a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.
HOW DO I REGISTER & VOTE?
 
The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.
You can also use the FVAP's online assistant to electronically fill out the form to then print and mail.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FORM?
After completing and signing you may submit your FPCA to your county clerk by:
  • mail
  • email 
  • fax. ​

APPLICATION: Received by Oct. 31
BALLOT RETURN: Received by Nov. 6
If you missed the deadlines but are otherwise eligible to vote absentee you may use the federal write-in absentee form!
