To register to vote by mail you must print the voter registration form, fill it and mail it!

  • driver license or I.D.  card number
  • social security number

Completed forms can be mailed or emailed to your county clerk.

After your application is processed and accepted you will receive a voter registration card to the address provided.

  • 65 years or older;
  • disabled;
  • out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance; or
  • confined in jail, but otherwise eligible.​

How do I submit my form?
You may submit your form via mail or fax to your county clerk.
*note: if faxing you must submit your hard copy application separately or with your ballot for your vote by mail to count.

  • an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine; or
  • a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FORM?
After completing and signing you may submit your FPCA to your county clerk by:
  • mail
  • email 
  • fax ​
*note: you can return your completed application by fax or e-mail as long as you return the original completed and signed application with your voted ballot by the close of the polls on Election or Primary day.​

If you missed the deadlines but are otherwise eligible to vote absentee you may use the federal write-in absentee form!
