After your application is processed and accepted you will receive a voter registration card to the address provided.

Simply fill out the vote by mail application and mail it to your county clerk.

If you missed the deadline you can still apply in person at your county clerk's office!

  • an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine;
  • an eligible spouse or family member of an active duty member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant Marine; or
  • a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S.

The military voter form acts acts as both a registration and a vote by mail request.
You can also use the FVAP's online assistant to electronically fill out the form to then print and mail.
      *note: you need a printer to use this service.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY FORM?
After completing and signing you may submit your FPCA to your county clerk (contact information located at bottom of page) by:
  • mail
  • email 
  • fax. ​
 DEADLINES:

if mailing: postmarked Nov. 6 and received no later than Nov. 11
If faxing: Nov. 6
BALLOT RETURN: Nov. 8
If you missed the deadlines but are otherwise eligible to vote absentee you may use the federal write-in absentee form!
